Motor Learning: Full Swing Power
FULL SWING POWER
•
58s
This course helps you learn the movements required to swing a golf club efficiently. This takes place by breaking down the full swing into multiple drills and subsets called drill progressions. Full Swing Power - Motor Learning has four drill progressions: Load, Lag, Force, and Velocity. The program you will follow does not use golf equipment. Instead, it simplifies golf swing instruction using relatively lightweight items intended to lead the body through the motor learning process. By providing a safe environment specifically suited to your motor learning capabilities, your body and mind are free to seek out and find periods of movement discovery.
